So far I’ve had 2 appointments with Dr. Cass and am very happy to bring my dog Sassie here! The office is responsive, has excellent communication, and is clean. The office staff were pleasant and it was easy to book an appointment.

Dr. Cass is a wonderful vet (and Sassie loves her too!). She answers all of my questions with my new dog and I really appreciate how thorough she is when doing an exam (saying what she’s doing, if the finding is concerning or not, comes up with a plan and things to do if the plan doesn’t work). She was also great with following up with a phone call on a concern I had in between appointments. She’s professional, caring, and thorough. I’m happy to have her as our vet.

Every member of the team is highly skilled in their field and I know that my pets always get the best diagnosis and care. And their compassion is unparalleled. When I had to make the heart-wrenching decision to euthanize my dog, Kelsey the receptionist gave us a big hug as soon as we walked in. During the process, my veterinarian, Dr. Christmus and vet tech, Aurora, were extremely sensitive, giving my husband and I all the time we needed to say good-bye to our dog. When I went to pick up his ashes, Tiffanie the veterinary technician was so kind and empathetic. It's compassion like that, in addition to the excellent medical care, that makes OVVH stand out among the rest. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Christmus has been amazing with how he handles Hyuna. He gives great insight on how to better care for her, and does great with making her experience smoother. Hyuna is an anxious dog, but with Dr. Christmus' guidance her experience is getting better! I always find myself leaving happy after my visit with him!

The Oakton-Vienna Verterinary Hospital office was able to schedule my cat's first appointment very quickly. The staff was empathetic and professional and did not make me feel like a bad pet parent. Jordan and Dr. Credit were exceptional. They answered all my questions and gave me specific helpful guidance. Both were up to speed on current research and other helpful things. Also, Dr. Megremis left me a detailed phone message regarding my cat's test results. As I am often away from my cell phone at work, this is much appreciated.
