Cancellation Policy 

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows and cancellations inconvenience not only our veterinarians, but our other patients as well.

Effective 10/10/21, if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee of $30.

To avoid a cancellation fee, you can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at [email protected], texting us through PetSites, contacting us through our website, or calling our office at 703-938-2800.
